Throughout his career, he has worked closely with travel partners, destinations, and hospitality brands, acting as both a tourism strategist and financial travel consultant. His expertise lies in guiding companies and destinations to develop tourism products, strengthen their positioning, and attract international travelers.

Monica Pulgarin, partner and marketing specialist, brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and events. She has worked with internationally recognized brands such as Qatar Airways, Dubai World Cup, and Dubai Mall, among many others. Having served as Marketing Director for several brands, she contributes strong expertise in brand positioning, audience engagement, and event creation. In the tourism sector, she has also gained experience in inbound tourism and luxury experiences.

Vanessa Both, partner and seasoned culinary professional, contributes her extensive experience in hospitality and event creation. A professional chef by training, she previously operated her own events company in Singapore and has been actively involved in the UAE events scene. She was also the co-founder of Divas on Wheels, further strengthening her background in hospitality, food experiences, and event production.

Willem Both, partner and strategic advisor, complements the team with strong operational and business development expertise, supporting the company’s projects in tourism experiences, events, and lifestyle initiatives. Using his several decades of experience in progressive hospitality management  roles from F&B to front office to IT, culminating in CIO of a global luxury hotel chain, he supports the various company endeavors, including backoffice functions
